The Ethiopian Ministry of Education announced the commencement of the second round of the national exit exam for health education programs yesterday .
Over 15,000 students participated in the exams this morning, covering 23 different programs.
14,807 students were tested across 13 programs, with exams administered in 84 centers across 47 government institutions. To ensure fairness and credibility, assigned observers are present at all exam locations to provide support and monitor the process.
The second round is expected to test a total of 149,145 examinees in 204 programs, including both first-time participants from government and private institutions. The Ministry of Education has confirmed that the second round will be completed by February 11, 2024.
