Harar, Ethiopia – Haramaya University held its 68th graduation ceremony today, awarding degrees to 627 students in various fields of study, including health and medical sciences, business and economics, and computer science.
Among the graduating class, 327 students earned degrees in health and medical sciences, ranging from undergraduate to doctoral programs.
The ceremony was attended by distinguished guests, including Dr. Ayele Teshomena, Minister of State for Health, and Mrs. Rosa Omar, Deputy Governor of Harari Region. Members of the government, university board members, and other dignitaries were also present.
With this latest graduation, Haramaya University has now graduated over 128,000 students since its inception
