Addis Ababa, Ethiopia – The Federal Council and the Federal Institute of Justice and Law signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to address cross-border and rights issues.
Speaker Agegnehu Teshager emphasized utilizing the agreement to answer questions of boundaries and rights “intelligently and analytically” as the MoU facilitates resource sharing, capacity building, and joint research initiatives.
He also pledged to uphold the constitution and ensure equitable wealth distribution.
Ambassador Degfe Bula, Director General of the Justice Institute, stressed collaboration to strengthen the federal system and promote democracy.
The agreement aims to solidify intergovernmental relations, enhance legal expertise, and guarantee consistent legal interpretations across all levels.
They signed a collaborative agreement to tackle critical issues concerning boundaries and rights.
This MoU establishes a framework for joint efforts between the two institutions, enabling them to share resources, develop expertise, and undertake collaborative research endeavors.
