Addis Ababa, Ethiopia – Ethiopia secured second place at the 6th African Cross Country Athletics Championship held in Hammam, Tunisia, today.
The nation participated alongside 10 other countries, fielding a total of 28 athletes across various categories.
Ethiopia’s impressive performance resulted in two gold medals, five silver medals, and three bronze medals in both individual and team competitions.
This placed it behind Kenya in the overall championship standings.
