Ambassador Taye Atsiksilase, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ethiopia, recently engaged in discussions with his counterparts from the Central African Republic and Portugal, focusing on bilateral and regional issues.
Ambassador Atsiksilase met with Sylvie Baipo-Temon, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Central African Republic. Their conversation centered on matters of mutual interest pertaining to both nations and the wider region.
The Ethiopian Foreign Minister also conferred with João Gómez Craveño, his Portuguese counterpart, on the same day. Their dialogue covered bilateral and international concerns, with Ambassador Atsiksilase expressing Ethiopia’s desire to collaborate with Portugal in tourism, education, trade, and investment.
Minister Cravinho affirmed Portugal’s backing for the implementation of the Pretoria Peace Agreement, a significant development for the region’s stability.
