 A wave of African presidents and heads of state has arrived in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, since yesterday in preparation for the highly anticipated 37th Ordinary Session of the African Union (AU) Summit, scheduled for February 17th and 18th, 2024. The summit promises to be a momentous occasion, bringing together key figures to discuss critical issues facing the continent.

Among the confirmed attendees are prominent leaders like Nigerian President Bola Tinubu, who also chairs the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), and South Sudanese President Salva Kiir.
